Return & Exchange

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 3 days of your purchase, and we will gladly process an exchange maximum within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return procedure


Contact our customer service team within the stipulated return period at thezarasstore@gmail.com. .

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  2. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
  4. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 to 3 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items can be a slight difference in Shade and color due to photographic lights used and the Display screen. It can not be exchanged due to this reason, No refund will be entertained on this basis
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
